Located in the heart of all Jackson Heights amenities the Linden Court’s coop buildings one of the earliest cooperatives built in 1919. The Linden’s compound encompasses 10 buildings that line both 84th and 85th streets between 37th Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue.
Four story walk-ups the Linden Court design is Neo-Romanesque created by architect Andrew J. Thomas. Many units have a sun-room looking over a almost city block size raised private garden. Personally this maybe is my most favorite garden in the Heights comprised of a huge grove of massive old pine trees that transport you to another place with their fragrance. Limited parking is neatly set in the rear of these buildings with garages that almost feel like a garage house ready for your horse.
